X-Box just updated and the game I was playing, Hawaii 3, is not showing up in my library....

Kindly check your transaction thru https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to make sure that you're on the right account where it was purchased.

Once you've confirmed the order, you can check the status of your achievements online. Sign in at Xbox.com. Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Xbox profile > Achievements. If you're able to see them then they're still available on your profile.

If in case the game is still not showing up, you can click the game title from your order history to install it via Xbox store or you can use Xbox app to install it remotely. Just make sure that remote features are already enabled. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features. Check the box to enable remote features and for Power options, select Sleep mode.

G'day mate. The box arts still aren't showing up for new released games.

Just to clarify, The box arts do show up in the Xbox Games Store, but not in my games library. Also, another thing is that my brother came over from the UK, recovered his account and my Xbox and the games box art showed on his account, but never on mine.

Yes, I've gone to the website to download X Box One games to my library, but I cannot.

To clarify again, I don't have an X Box One console so I cannot install it. The message will say I don't have the required device.

I do have a one year gold membership, pre-paid card.

In the past, games with gold can allow me to add an X Box One game to my library even without an X Box One console. If I purchase an X Box One console, my free games with gold games will be in the library.

Now there is no option online to add the X Box One game to add to the account unless I own a X Box One console.

Hopefully, you can help further. If not, thanks for the reply anyways.

UPDATE : I have resolved the situation! While I can't call this a guaranteed solution but I'll just explain what I did.

I used to own a One X. I gave that to my brother over a year ago when I acquired my Series S. I went to his house tonight and played on the One X that I gave him which still had my profile on it. Once I signed in I checked my game library and sure enough, L4D2 was there (whereas on my Series S it didn't show up at all) I installed the game on the One X and booted it up and it worked.

Came home later, unplugged my Series S for a few minutes, plugged it back in and booted it up and lo and behold, there it was in my library!

I'm no genius but my only guess is that some wires got crossed with the license for the game and my profile/consoles. So for all you Series S owners, find a friend or relative that owns an Xbox One and try to install the game on that and then see if it shows up in your Series S library.
