There is no option "more security options"

it just changed its name, just like Microsoft always does "advanced security options"

Go to the Microsoft account website at https://account.microsoft.com/ and sign in with your email address and password.

Once you are signed in, click on the "Security" tab at the top of the page.

Under the "Security" section, click on the "More security options" link.

You will be asked to enter your password again to verify your identity. After doing so, you should see a section called "Account aliases" which will show you all of the email addresses that are associated with your Microsoft account.

If you see multiple email addresses listed there, you can click on each one to see which Microsoft or Xbox accounts are linked to that address.

the thing you can change is the primary email address connected to the Microsoft Account, which results in you needing a different email address to sign in to your Microsoft Account and thus also the Xbox Live Account.

Can I change the email on the overall Microsoft account (that the Xbox profile is linked to) to my child's email, and then setup a new Microsoft account with my original email so I can then just use my Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) subscription from that?

My issue is I need to keep my Office subscription with my email address - - which is also the address of the Microsoft account overall. And my email / Microsoft account is linked to the Xbox profile used by my child.
