    Hi Ryker!

    To confirm, which version or edition of Minecraft are you trying to play, is it Bedrock or Java?

    When was the last time you were able to sign in to the game?

    Are you currently signed in to the Xbox app? Are you able to play just fine your other Xbox games?

    Don’t forget to check first your Windows Updates and also get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.
