Game is stuck on "Signing in" on launch

Hi,

I've downloaded Civilization Vi on PC Game Pass and when i start the game, i get the initial pop up window and can see it's attempting to sign in but its just looping. See attached screenshot.

I've tried repair and uninstalling the game. Changing storage drive. Updated graphics drivers. Saw some other suggestions of going into the Services app to make sure Ip Helper, Game Services, Xbox Live are on but haven't found a solution yet. I'm running Windows 10 and any other games i have downloaded sign in and work as expected.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi there! Sorry to hear about the issue. Let's see what we can do about this here.

Make sure that your Windows is up-to-date and also get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.

If everything has already been updated, let's try to reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10 device:
Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
Restart your device and try to launch the game if that fixes the signing in issue.

I launch the game and it is stuck on the loading page trying to sign me in even though I'm signed in on the application. It never moves from that page or load anything. I can close out of it with alt-f4 and everything else works but those games I mentioned do not do anything else besides what I said at the beginning.

I play on my phone with the game pass app, and i can't manage my mods without launching the game.

And when i launch it crash... I'm stuck
