    Hello Arnold, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your content.

    First, please make sure that the purchase shows on your account as completed. You can do this by logging in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to make sure.

    Once done you'll need to make sure the content is installed to your system. On Xbox highlight the game on the dashboard and press the Start button on your controller then choose Manage. On the new screen click on the game picture then choose Select All then Save to make sure all content is installed.

    On PC open the Store app and go to your Library. find your game and make sure that all DLC is installed there.

    It's not an Xbox gift card it's a Steam gift card go on Steam and it'll work just fine

    Not all VISA/Master Card gift cards work. Usually it's a safe bet that they will work if you are able to register your own billing details on the prepaid cards website. A lot of different banks (Bank of America, Chase, Citibank, etc) offer gift cards that allow
    online shopping purchases. I've only personally tried GreenDot Visa (For Shopping), Chase Visa Gift Card, and a Bank of America Visa Gift Card and those all seem to work as long as I registered the card for online use.

    If you want to be safe, I honestly suggest purchase Microsoft Point cards or Prepaid Gold Subscription cards with the money instead of just purchasing the gift card itself.
