How to fix my new gamertag not showing

So I changed my gamer tag multiple times in a spand of a few hours, and now(a couple days later)it still says my old gamer tag and my new one under it.It also shows my new one in game but not on my profile.I was wondering how to fix this.

Hello Jalen, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your gamertag change.

When you change your tag it can take up to a week for the change to fully populate across all accounts. If you'd like to try speeding up that process you can try deleting then redownloading your gamertag to the console.

Please be sure that you know the email/password for your account if you try this.

I also have been having this issue for a few days now, and I reset my account and it still hasn’t changed. Were you able to fix yours?

Ok but wait if a week passed and still no update on my gamertag? It's been a week and still nothing, the support said they would email me but they never did. Either refund me my $10 or tell me what's going on?!!?

Hi guys

I bought an Xbox1 and transferred my gamertag & achievements to it from my XBox360. My Xbox1 shows all my new achievements, but when I log online direct to my gamertag/profile it doesn't have the new ones. Somehow they have gotten out of sync. Does anyone
know how to fix this?
