How to get your account unbanned?

No I realize that is their rules but I hope yuo will believe me. It was the xbox customer service rep for sure. He called us from his private line. Probably I was not suppose to tell and I hope no one will be in trouble but there is no doubt who called us. My dad spoke to him the day before and he tried for almost two hours to help us get back the account. My dad asked him who report me and he said there was many who reported me at the same time but he can not tell us the gamer tags. But the next day he called from his private line and told us. He knew he was breaking the rules and this is why he called us personally. Also he told us a number to call the enfrocement team but the number is old and will not reach the enforcement team anymore. I am sure he was unaware of this but we know becuase we tried it. And of course he trusts us not to tell who is he so he will not lose his job. And I ca'nt even remember what he said is his name but if I did will not tell it to anyone. I promise he did call us back though. The truth is he deserves a raise and promotion in my opinion becuase he had genuine concern and tried his best to help a customer. But I never gave private information on the internet ever in my life. The rep had our number in the first place because my dad told him it hoping to get a call back from someone on the enforcement team. And I have to say I am very upset at the enforcement team because they will not investigate this. Perhaps I do'nt need to call them incompetent and was being out of line to say that but No one is perfect and this time they did make a mistake. I honestly am innocent and do'nt deserve this ban. If I did something wrong to deserve it I will not be fighting so hard to get back my account. I have been trying to get back my account ever since December 7. My appael was denied of course and my dad called Xbox support several times. I did nothing wrong. For years I am being harassed by a group of players. They tormented me ever since 2018 and I reported them so many time over the years. I blocked them so many times but is a big group and they have to many accounts to keep up with. They spam report me for harassment but I am innocent of this. They make fun of me always for being deaf and also for being gay they call me deaf dumb dyke but never got suspensions for any of this. They grief me in games and I can not hide from them. And I am the one who is being punished. This is Not fair. And somehow another account on this console also got banned and that account is not been used in two years, Even the console was suspended for three months. My goodness. How much harrassing will a player have to do for such a punishment? And I honestly did nothing to these players except try to avoid them. This started all because I was in a group with some players they disliked and since then I am being tormented. And now am banned permanently. How Can I get someone on the enforcement team to listen to us? I am deaf so my dad talks to support reps on the phone often but they ca'nt transfer us to anyone in the enforcement taem office. What can we do to get justice?

Thank you for the reply. As I said I never broke any rules but the people who harassed me spam reported me they lied and Xbox banned me because of this. I have almost 500 accuonts blocked because I tried so hard to avoid this group of players. I blocked and reported them constantly but nothing ever stopped the harassment. I have to say the enforcement team is incompetent. Or perhaps some of them are with the group of players who harassed me? The injustice is so thick you can smell it. And I am not giving up my account. We spent thousands of dollars over the yaers on Xbox games and products and services only to lose it all because the so called enforcement team ca'nt be bothered to make right this injustice. Even the support rep told us he can see this is unjust. My dad called several times and always they want to help us but their hands are tied. One of them even called us from his private line to tell us the account names who reported me and yes they are the same people who harassed me all these years. This was not news but does remove any room for doubt. None of this matters to the enforcement team though. Perhaps the time is come for us to get help from a lawyer?

No noone from pet will ever call you

Its called PHISHING and social engineering if you post the same story over and over especially on public forums like.this or 7 deadly sins types someone will call you to scam.
