    it says I need to renew my subscription but I renewed it March 14 2023 but now it saying I don't have the subscription and I made sure it was still in place I powercycled my Xbox I signed out of my account and back in I've reset my Xbox with keep apps and games and I've unplugged and plugged I back in I've tried absolutely everything and nothing is working I even cancelled me subscription and bought it again and it's doing the same thing

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I had the same issue and I also found a workaround wherein we may need to turn off the recurring billing. To do so, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services. Just turn off the recurring billing and DO NOT cancel the subscription.
