    Im just curious because I know that removing the power cord a lot can damage the console

    Ok but I have another question why didn’t Microsoft add a usb c port to the Xbox series x and s the ps5 has one and it’s a good idea because most stuff use usb c

    It is possible that the cost will be much more expensive for the console if they added USB-C type ports instead so they went with the USB type-A ports.

    I would highly recommend not removing the cable all the time because the port of it can get faulty.

    Yeah, I have tried that 4 or 5 times.

    I don't have a router though - Just an ethernet cable from Xbox to Modem.

    The modem is a few rooms away from where the xbox is though.. Does that matter with a cable?
