Call of the wild the Hunter new DLC power pack add-on. Where can I find it so I can purchase it

“Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.”

You should be able to find and install it from there.

Is the game Hunter: Call of the Wild? Check in the game to see if the pack is there, or check under your Microsoft account purchases.
