My minecraft account got hacked and i think deleted

So i got ratted on discord out of my microsoft account yes i know really dumb thing to happen anyway i now have lost the account with over 900 hours on hypixel skyblock is there anyway i can get my account back i know microsoft can probly do something and i really dont want to lose all my progress and buy minecraft again.

I did contact mojang/minecraft support and this is what i got back (since you use a Microsoft account to log in to Minecraft you will need to go to Microsoft for assistance)

Hi, I have the same problem, I contacted Minecraft support and they said they couldn't do anything if it was already a Microsoft account.
