    I cannot log into my Microsoft account on minecraft for my ps4


    I have tried many times to log into my Microsoft account on my ps4 so I can play minecraft cross platform but every time I try it says that my account is already connected and to sign in with my previously connected account even thought I have only played minecraft on my ps4 with this account.

    First please proceed to do a power cycle of the PS4

    To power cycling your console:

    1. Completely turn off the console by holding the power button.

    2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the console for 20 minutes.

    3. Reconnect

    Microsoft Account linked to PS4 account on Minecraft

    I have linked my Microsoft account to my PS4 account in order to play cross platform minecraft. The issue is that I would like to play cross platform with my brother, who is playing using my Xbox One. My microsoft account is now associated with
    both my PS4 account and Xbox Live account, which means that we share a gamertag. For this reason I cannot add my Xbox account as a friend on Minecraft and cannot play cross platform. I attempted to resolve this issue by unlinking my Microsoft account from
    my PS4 account but this did not resolve the issue. I was unable to link a different Microsoft account to my PS4 account, a message informed me that my account was already linked to another and could not be linked again.

    Minecraft PS4 linking failed

    Hello,

    I tried to link my Minecraft game to my Microsoft account today when the Minecraft Bedrock update came out.

    I went to the given link ( aka.ms/remoteconnect ) and entered the code there.

    After entering the code I was asked to log in with my Microsoft account, which I did.

    The screen said I could close the tab now.

    It is not possible to log in to the PS4 with my Microsoft account. I get an error message there that says nothing.

    Can I request a new or different code, or can I reset the connection somehow?
