    My Xbox is all of a sudden asking to use an account with access to this sandbox and it was just working fine the day before. What can I do to fix this? And what does it mean?

    Hi,

    All Apps available on Xbox Store should to be approved by Microsoft before they are able to be downloaded.

    They are also sandboxed, meaning that they can not access your account information. So unless this app asks for payment information you're totally safe.

    If your account is set as under 18+ of age you should ask your parental account to ask for a refund.
    Actually, that is correct. I wasn’t logged in when I opened that link so I wasn’t redirected to that link. In that case, I would contact your bank to resolve the error, or have whoever runs the parental account contact xbox if you do have one.

    Oh, I see. But don't worry if you are trying to download a game on a verified source like steam, they should not contain any viruses at all. And you already scanned it from your PC and found nothing so no need to worry about it.
