    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I apologize but there is no option to undo the changes that we have made. The saved data has been overridden already.

    You can try powercycle on your console and check if it will ask you for your saved data again.

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    Data Syncing Problems!?

    My data sync was stuck at 100% and then said that they "were unable to sync your data with the cloud just now". So I would suggest that this is not just a Turn 10 problem Evoded and it may be worth speaking to support again.

    I have done this, that was the "A Partial Console Reset (This also removed all my saved games and despite cloud sync being on, my saved games were unable to be restored and were in fact not even there)." that I spoke
    about in my OP.

    It did not solve the issue, and while it kept my installed games, it wiped all saved games from the console (which I was then unable to recover due to the cloud apparently not working).
