I lost my Microsoft email but I know my gamertag. How can I recover the email?

Hello all! I am getting an error when trying to login into my Microsoft account for Minecraft PS4. The error states that I need to sign in with a previously connected Microsoft Account. However, I have no idea what email I used with the account it mentions and have been unsuccessful when trying to identify it. This has essentially blocked me from playing any online Minecraft with my Playstation friends. I need some help identifying the correct email for that account or I need to link my PlayStation to a different Microsoft account (which both Microsoft & Minecraft say can't be done).

This is the official error message I receive after scanning the QR code or typing in the provided code:

Oops! Looks like this account is already connected.

Please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft Account, MyGamertag123.

I have contacted Microsoft support (opted for them to call me), but had a very poor experience. I was greeted by an employee with an unusual amount of background noise (sounded like a ton of talking/laughing/etc.). This employee also sounded to have a side-conversation/and was laughing while I was in the middle of explaining this issue. They began by asking me in a bit of a condescending tone "what troubleshooting have you done on you own to fix this?" (customer service was my last resort after hours of troubleshooting). They then told me to please wait on the line while they went and did something I was not informed of (I thought maybe they were looking up my account). I only had to wait about 1-3 minutes when they came back with that same very loud background noise. I repeated my question and they responded by telling me that they couldn't help me and that I'd need to wait around two hours to receive an email or a new call (never received either). When I asked why this was they told me again that they couldn't help me. I began to get frustrated and asked if I could speak with someone who could help me but I was promptly hung up on.

I have no idea what that was about and was completely taken off guard by this experience. It may seem small to someone who talks to different people all day but all I want to do is get access back to my account so I can play with my friends. I'm at a loss here. I don't want to give up but it seems like everywhere I look ends in a dead-end. I wish there was a way to have a more personal conversation with a Microsoft employee because I know that this experience doesn't represent Microsoft. If anyone has a suggestion to what I should do from here to re-discover this lost email please let me know! I've looked at every help article I could find, I've troubleshooted as much as I know how, and have tried every email that I am aware of. I've gotten nowhere and just need for someone to give me a little extra help.
