    Snowrunner DLC not working on Xbox Series X


    I have had Snowrunner for a long time. I pre-ordered it when it was announced. When I switched to Xbox Series X from my Xbox One S everything was fine. Until about a month ago, then it started going downhill. I own every single thing on the game. I've bought all the passes, the year pass bundle too and all the dlc. I've un-installed and re-installed everything, reset my console twice, deleted game data. I've tried everything and I'm just stumped on how to fix it.

    Yes, I seen all the dlc's that I purchased. I also bought the year 1, 2 and 3 bundle yesterday. It still continues to not work

    It didn't work. I own everything and it won't work. I was on the phone for an hour with Microsoft and nothing worked. It's just done.

    If they're not showing from there please check all Microsoft accounts that you own.

    I would like to clarify, can you see the DLC on your order history stated as "completed"? To check, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and validate if it's showing as "completed".
