I've changed my log in details as my account was hacked and Xbox has not updated my account...

I went out had my phone stolen had my accounts hacked I managed to get into my email change my login details and password but it's not updated on Xbox and everytime I try to log in in it says wrong password and when I go to reset it it it still has old details which I have no access to I've changed my number and turned off off.to verification steps and still can't get into my account as Xbox and updated there systems and when I call you guy hang up on me does anyone actually help people at Xbox 20 years of my account and I can't even get into it help me I think I been a loyal customer why is call back not working customer service is rubbish
