Is there a way to unlink my Microsoft account from a playstation that I don’t have access to?

That being said, I want to inform you that according to the official Minecraft article I’m going to share below, “Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account”. So, even if you have access to this Microsoft account, you will not be able to link your PSN account to a different one.

Additionally, please note the game developer also informed this: “As of March 15, 2023, please DO NOT unlink your MSA from your PlayStation account via the in-game menu. You will be unable to link it back if you do so.”

However, what I could suggest in your particular case, is attempt to recover the account by submitting the account recovery form but using instead a previously created Skype username (is not the same as our gamertag), or previously linked phone number. This is in case you don't remember the email.

I linked my old Microsoft account with my PlayStation account a few years ago and I now don’t have access to the account, I can’t link a new account with my PS account as I don’t know the password and the phone number listed on there is my old one - help would be appreciated

Even if you could unlink the account you wouldnt be able to link a different one.

You can unlink the psn account however you CANT link a different one.
