It sometimes takes the enforcement site time to sync up properly.

Rep is nothing to do with support so they can't do anything.

That's interesting, so what your basically saying is xbox is working backwards and the online version that you would expect to be more accurate is incorrect...

Now when you say its out of sync, sometimes (which by all accounts is all the time) its been over a week, Microsoft put a cloud all around the world, planning for the future, they are no even close to being behind.. why would you think, that they cant keep

You've been given incorrect info.

No one on the forums has access to that info so can't tell you when the code was redeemed.

You would need to contact support again as only they can give you that info,they are the only ones who can access your account.
