I cannot sign into my minecraft Playstation 4 account with my microsoft account and I've...

Ever since I have had to reset my password for my Playstation Network Account, it logged me out of minecraft and the microsoft account linked to it. I've tried for over a year now to log into my microsoft account that is linked to my minecraft account to play crossplatform and I know that I am using the correct microsoft account for it but it still wont let me log in. Ive tried the help page and the second error message scenario it shows me looks almost what mine does, but in the picture, it shows that its supposed to show you what account is linked to your minecraft account so you can log back into it. The error message does not show that for me. It just tells me that the account I'm trying to use is already connected to another minecraft account (I only have ONE minecraft account) and it says to use the previously connected account to log in. Mine doesn't tell what account is linked to it. Even though I already know what account is linked as it is the only microsoft account that I use.
