Why can’t i sign into Xbox design labs?

I’m trying to buy a custom remote using design labs but whenever i go to checkout and sign in it says “ You can not login right now. Your Microsoft account doesn't contain information about First Name,Last Name. Update your profile and login again” I’ve tried changing my names multiple times and tried to login on multiple different browsers but nothing works what should i do?

Hi Matthew!

Sorry to hear about the issue. This is actually happening to multiple users already, not just you. It may be an issue with their website and not your accounts. I suggest to wait and try it again in few hours. I recommend that you also report this matter to https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status there's a Report button there.

I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.

If you continue to have issues with the DL controller I would suggest setting up a repair order if it's still under warranty.
