    How do I change my Xbox 360 Gamerpic to the Xbox 360 Gamerpics I bought on Xbox one/Series?


    I bought a pack of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Xbox 360 gamer pics through the Xbox 360 menu on an Xbox one/Series. I can't view them and change my Gamerpic to any of them.

    Halo 4 'gamerpic' on Xbox One

    After doing some testing with my old Xbox-360, it seems that my 'gamerpic' on this Xbox Forums has changed. Not to a 'gamerpic' from my Xbox-One, but to an Xbox-360 'gamerpic' I had used before. It would appear that there is some path between Xbox-360 'space'
    and the Xbox Forums that is not there between the Xbox-One. Why?

    360 gamerpics aren't compatible with the One or Series S/X consoles. You can use them on a 360, but they would only be seen there.

    Then why are you not WARNED of this fact before you make any changes to your 'gamerpic'?

    "Gamerpics don't actually transfer between the two consoles."

    Then why was my Halo 4 'gamerpic' displayed on my Xbox-One in the first place? Indeed, it seem that my 'Crawler' avatar that came with my Halo 4 Xbox-360 transferred to my Xbox-One.... Or will Microsoft take that away from me too?

    Hey there darkfalco Mx.

    Are you referring to your Xbox One Gamerpic? I'm afraid Xbox 360 Gamerpics do not carry over to the Xbox One and if you have already chosen an Xbox One Gamerpic, there isn't an option to revert back to an Xbox 360 Gamerpic. Thanks for your understanding!
