    Generally, they don't respond on weekends, as there is no one there, so you may need to wait until the new week.

    Yes that's correct, i contacted the twitter account about that yesterday. The day before my level and xp were 0. So it's very strange that my level isn't shown correctly on this forums. When i mailed to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, i immediatly got a reply that the emailaddress
    no longer exists and i should contact the twitter account. I pm'ed XboxAmbassadors 3 days ago, still no answer :S
