Mk11 dlc not working

So I bought the mk11 aftermath dlc and a few other character dlcs and they are not working. It says they are installed but they just don't appear to work in game. It says they are installed but they just don't appear to work in game. PLZ HELP ME

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that you're signed in under the account where the DLC was purchased, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and once confirmed that it is showing as "completed", for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Thanks for the update. Were you able to see the transaction on your order history stated as "completed"?

The DLC will be in your ‘ready to install’ in your Games & apps when it becomes available.

MK11 may also prompt you to update the game when the DLC becomes available.

I would suggest going to the ‘Home’ screen on your xbox console and “Quit” the game MK11. By doing this, the game may prompt you to download the DLC once you launch the game again.

Follow-up. I tried installing MK11 with all DLC to the internal drive instead of the external. No difference.
