I can’t link my Microsoft account to my ps5

I’m trying to sign into Minecraft on my PlayStation, but it says that my Microsoft account is already linked to another psn account. I have not ever signed into my Microsoft account or Minecraft on any PlayStation and no one else has access to either of these accounts.

Don't worry we will work on this together. This means there's already a linked account associated with the account that you're trying to link. If this is the case, you'll be needing to reach PS support for it so that they can check it further.

I understand you want to link your Microsoft account to your PS5. Sorry to hear that you're facing issues with linking your account. Have you linked your Microsoft account to Playstation account before?

The error normally indicates that your PS5 is already linked with a different Microsoft account or your Microsoft account is linked with another PSN.

Are you linking your account for Minecraft game?

So I'm linked into the Ps5 account? And I'm not trying link another Microsoft account to my ps4, I'm trying to get into my Microsoft account that have my Email address linked to it.

I just don't understand why minecraft Microsoft account can't be unlinked? I'll have to pay for another minecraft Microsoft account if I can't get my original email address that I've veen using.
