Xbox game refund request was denied lady said there is a form cannot find it

It's probably going to be the same thing that was filled out before. You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists as well.

Then fill in the refund form on here instead to see if they can give you the refund. https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/forms/request-a-refund. If the refund has already been denied, then chances are it will be denied again.

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copying the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund web form link here:

That being said your refund will more than likely be denied because in game currency that has been spent on items in game already is typically not refundable.

Doesn't mean you cant try though.

You can resubmit the refund request form again and/or respond to the email you received denying the request in order to contact the refund specialists.

Unfortunately if you were denied a refund the only option left is to appeal the decision. You do that by replying to the email denying you the refund.
