    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    There are multiple reports in regards to getting high packet loss, however, there are no reported issues so we just need to perform troubleshooting steps because it can be an issue on a specific network provider.

    If I may ask, are you connected via wired or wireless?

    Also, please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    Sorry if this comes off as rude, I just don't know how else to say it, but I'm only experiencing packet loss with specific games, not all them, and as I had mentioned, when I do the stat test, it's only at 1%, which is most definitely not high packet loss, and then there's the QoS tagging which is also recommended in some cases, which helps reduce packet loss in games, however it totally blocks my consoles ability to connect to a Teredo IP (both QoS options)

    Thanks for that info. Please see our Multiplayer Connection troubleshooting guide as it includes steps for issues pertaining to packet loss
    under "You have high packet loss". While your packet loss is not currently high, any packet loss can contribute to any network issues you're experiencing.

    High Packet Loss

    I can't connect to Xbox Live on my Xbox One. I tested my multiplayer connection and it told me "You have high packet loss". I checked my Detailed Network Statistics and this is what it read:

    Download speed 7.31 Mbps

    Upload speed 1.73Mbps

    Packet loss 100%

    MTU 1480

    Latency (blank space)

    Wireless strength 100%

    Does anyone know how I can fix my connection?
