Forza Horizon 5 Constantly Crashing on Xbox Series X??

Having an issue where the game will hang up while the audio continues to play for about 30 seconds. After that, a static screen will show for a moment and the game crashes completely, returning me to the Xbox home screen. This happens completely randomly and sometimes I can play for an hour without it happening, sometimes only for a few minutes. I have tried clearing all saved data, playing offline, uninstalling/reinstalling the game and nothing has worked. My console is up to date as well as the game. This issue has been going on for well over a year now and is extremely frustrating to say the least as it renders the game unplayable. Can't get into any events for fear of the game crashing and losing unsaved progress and that's only if I'm lucky enough to get past the loading screens without a crash.

Hi Belen, on my xbox series x, games like forza h5, forza horizon 2, far cry 6, are constantly crashing, these are scarlett games no? Doom, battlefield 5, need for speed are running ok for hours, no issues at all, why this is happening? My xbox is not overheating, i believe is a software problem, or our xboxes are somehow from a gen/lot with some problems... My xbox is from june/july (not sure) '23, thanks

Oh, just to make sure did you purchase the game or you're playing it through the Game Pass?

Oh, I see. May I know is it happening to all of your games?

Oh, I understand. I really can feel you here however this means the issue is on the game server and the last resort is to reach Forza support for it.
