    i have redeemed 2 v-bucks gift cards for 2800 v-bucks each but they are not showing in my xbox account. I see on my microsoft account that they have been "redeemed" and when i enter the numbers again i get a message that these have been redeemed already, but still not seeing them in xbox account. can you help me?

    My name is Ezequiel I'm an Independent Consultant. When you redeem the v-bucks code, the v-bucks are credited to your Fortnite account, log into the game and see if your coin balances. If the coins are not credited to your account you need to request a refund.

    Purchase V-Bucks from the Fortnite store or a trusted retailer.

    When you complete your purchase, you will receive a gift card code.

    Give the gift card code to your friend.

    Your friend will be able to redeem the gift card code in the Fortnite store. Once you redeem the code, the V-Bucks will be added to your Fortnite account.

    Where is the code for the vbucks online voucher purchased through Xbox?

    You don't need to go to the Redeem page, simply launch Fortnite while signed into the account which purchased the V-bucks, and they should be already added to the account.

    Fortnite is a free game. After you do what the Denis97g advised you and after the game is installed make sure you received everything you suppose to. For example, if your suppose to receive 2,000 V-bucks you will see this balance of V-bucks in the game
    along with any skins redeemed with the codes that came in the box.
