My Xbox Series Controller is detected as two separate controllers. How do I stop this?

Hi! My Xbox Series controller is being detected as two controllers when I connect it through bluetooth. I have this controller on the newest firmware, and I do not have any outside programs tampering with the controller. I do not want a solution that involves Steam Input, nor do I want a fix comparable to duct tape. I want a straight answer of why this occurs. Plugging in the controller with a cable fixes this issue but I want to use my controller wirelessly. I have rebooted my computer, I have deleted the controller drivers, I have done all the simple fixes one can think of. Again, this controller functions properly and is on the newest update. Even my old Xbox One controller has this EXACT issue when connected via bluetooth. I don't think I've ever had this issue happen on my previous computer or any other computer I've used.

This issue could be due to a Bluetooth compatibility issue between the controller and your computer. Try updating the Bluetooth drivers on your computer, or checking for any available firmware updates for your computer's Bluetooth adapter. If the issue persists, you may need to try a different Bluetooth adapter or use a cable to connect the controller to your computer.

My xbox and controller are up to date
I have tried a different headset with my two controllers and it was the same
I have tried on my two different controllers and on two different xboxs

This has never happened to me before and I am very confused. It was weird how one controller stopped working with my mic, and when I swapped over to my second controller, it too stopped working with my mic two weeks after the first controller. With trying out my controllers on another xbox, it leads me to believe that it is not specifically a xbox console problem and has something to do with my controllers.

My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore

What about at Game stop ? I wonder , which type do I need to get ? To try and get two controllers. Would appreciate any help in this manner . Wanting to purchase the XBOX One for my son . But , with two controllers . If possible . If not , How much is just
one controller ?
