How do I fix this “Installation Stopped” problem on Apex Legends?

It keeps saying “Installation Stopped” a lot of times and I’ve been trying to uninstall and reinstall a lot of times. have done almost all the methods I did I found in Youtube to try fix this and all of them didn’t worked. The game that I’m trying to download is “Apex Legends”. I used to be able to play it a lot of times but now it doesn’t let me cause of this download troubleshoot problem. Ive done the factory reset thing but kept my games and everything and when I signed in my account after the factory reset was completed, it still didnt work. This problem is only occurring with Apex Legends, all the other games are good and fine. I also have tried make storage for it to down load but that solution still didn’t worked. Please help !

Yes I did made sure that it has enough space for it to download but it still has been doing the “Installation Stopped” repeatedly and I only have the internal storage that I can download it into, not the external but when I try downloading it Into the internal, didn’t work.

I have now tried the personal hotspot connection and all that, and it still hasn’t successfully work. Is it just because my xbox one is just old? I’ve had this almost more than 3+ years. Should I buy a new one or?

Please check if your console has enough storage for the game installation. If it has enough storage, try installing it on the external hard drive if you have one connected, if it doesn't work on the external hard drive, try installing it on the internal hard drive.

If the above steps don't work, please try setting up a mobile hotspot connection using your phone, then connect the console to the hotspot connection. Try installing the game after that and see if it works.

Please also try to use manual DNS settings and see if that downloads the game successfully.

1. Please go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings >> manual

2. Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8

3. Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

Yes, I have it connected like in my wifi network but then since you suggested a personal hotspot connection connected to my phone, I did and It was kinda laggy but when I tried to install it; It still did the “Installation Stopped” error thing again. I don’t know if I’m like doing this correctly? But I did follow a youtube video on how to connect the phone personal hotspot connection to my xbox one console and but then, it didn’t work
