Can you please add Guyana to xbox one location

No, as your are situated in Guyana and your account will more than be set to that region as well. Officially you can only purchase if you are located in that region.

I had no idea Guyana & Suriname were regarded as PAL regions! Very interesting. I already have Game Pass Ultimate in the UK so to clarify, the digital games I purchased in London, will be useable in the above locations on my PAL XBox One X?

Also, my physical PAL 360 disks will be useable on my PAL 360 & XBox One X and my PAL OG XBox physical disks will also be useable on my PAL OG XBox in Guyana & Suriname?

I am aware that America France and I think Italy, are all different regions and my digital purchases definitely won't work.

As for my physical discs for my PAL hardware, will they work in France & Italy, but with the languages changed and in the US, they won't work at all?

Guyana is classed as the Carribbean even though it is on the mainland of South America. Is the rest of the Carribbean, that is, the islands in the Carribbean Sea just North of the mainland of South America where Guyana & Suriname are, are also PAL regions?

Okay, okay... in summary:

Yes, digital games you purchased in London will be playable in Guyana and Suriname on your PAL Xbox One X console.

Yes, your physical PAL 360 discs can be used on your PAL 360 console and Xbox One X in Guyana and Suriname.

Yes, your physical PAL OG Xbox discs can also be used on your PAL OG Xbox console in Guyana and Suriname.

In France and Italy, physical PAL discs will work, but with the languages changed. In America, they won't work at all.

The rest of the Caribbean, including the islands in the Caribbean Sea just north of the South American continent, are also PAL regions.
