    Why did I get banned for absolutely nothing?


    Like it’s not showing me any reason why, I just got on and I’m banned for 3 days, I haven’t messaged any one since October 23. So why am I banned from participating in parties or just communicating with other Xbox players

    Why did i get banned for nothing?

    Permanent bans can file for a case review. If you bothered to read the op's post they clearly stated they have already filed for a case review.

    A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team & since the decision was upheld then that's it,there's nothing else you can do.

    As long as your console is set as your home console then you can start a new account & access any digital games you have installed on your console.

    Please be advised that for enforcement actions there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. I’m so sorry you are experiencing a permanent ban with your account but the reason and all the details are only available on your end.

    I understand this situation is frustrating for you, however, I would like to let you know that no one in the community forums or someone from Microsoft support is capable of assisting with enforcement actions.

    Unfortunately, case review is not offered for permanently banned accounts.
