    How do I contact Microsoft about a refund that got rejected


    So I pre ordered goat sim on the 7th of October but the game only released on the 17th of this month, my refund request was rejected because I bought the game over 14 days ago so how do i contact Microsoft to get a real person to check it. Ive tired xbox support on twitter but they wont answer

    Just a friendly reminder though that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that handles them. The only way to reach out to them is by submitting a refund request and by replying to their email (refund request confirmation and decision email).

    In this case, I would recommend replying to their email and informing them of all details available.
