    Verification bugged


    Well when I try to make an account in Microsoft, It doesn't let me. When I go to the bot verification it asks me for two identical objects and I've passed this test a lot of times but it doesn't let me through. Any ideas on what's happening?

    Hi , if possible please try using a completely different Wi-Fi network and also open a new private / incognito window in a PC (or download a new browser in your device)

    On Xbox, PC or mobile phone?
    Did you tried using a different browser?

    And, are you using a VPN, firewall, proxy or similar service in your device?

    I'm trying this on a mobile phone and I tried making the account through the Microsoft website and through the Xbox app.

    I'm not using any VPN but I've tried this several times and it still doesn't work.
