    why does it say "there was an error processing credentials from the external login system....


    when I try to use my Xbox account to log into epic games, it comes up with an error message saying "there was an error processing credentials from the external login system. please contact support". I have double-checked and made sure it's the right account but it still won't work, what can I do?

    I've unlinked the account which has none of my items. Whenever I try to log into the account that does have all my cosmetics skins etc I get the error "Sorry there was an error processing the credentials from the external login system
