    Controller problem with minecraft


    New to Xbox…Gson playing Minecraft. Now getting message saying controller lost connection but they work on every other game …yes we have rebooted and reconnected the controllers.

    Can’t even get to location to uninstall and reinstall minecraft

    Right stick not working but it is... help me plz :(

    Update: I've narrowed it down to being a problem with the second connected controller. I tried skyrim twice with each controller (first connected controller) in separate sessions (power cycled and everything) and both times no problem with the controller.
    In minecraft (separate sessions, power cycled) the problem each time - alternating controllers - and each time the issue was with the second connected controller. tried other 2+ player games and had the same issues I am having with minecraft. Please help!

    I am very sorry that your controller is not working as it should. if it works in the other games, it should work to uninstall since it's done outside the game.

    My left/right trigger’s are not working on minecraft windows but works in every other gmae

    This may be a problem in the game it’s self. Try checking the controls for Minecraft.

    If that doesn’t work, reply.

    Never had a problem navigating any menu other than the one in the game or any problems out of the controller.

    maybe its something to do with xbox store and minecraft like maybe they are having problems hold the big x button on the control then it should come up with turn console of turn controller of or restart press restart it should restart ur xbox and then
    try downloading minecraft again
