I know that you have already restarted the router as well as Xbox, but would it be okay if we perform it again but this time according to the Xbox support site's step?

We need to perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

"1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

I have Xbox series x and I'm using a mobile hotspot and it only happens when I connect it to this hotspot. I've tried resetting my game and my phone

Hey, sorry for such a late reply. Yeah, I tried connecting to a hotspot and had the same issue.

Edit: I messed up when trying to use a hotspot. My phone was still connected to the wifi and was sharing the wifi connection. After fixing it and using my phones actually hotspot connection, it worked fine.
