    why am i not able to unlink psn from microsoft account?


    i have two psn accounts. the one that came with the ps4 (hand me down from cousin) and my own. i logged into the one that came with the ps4 because i didn’t know how to create a ps4 account yet. long story short i can’t log into my main account and it says i should check my internet when i try to unlink from the other account.

    once connected microsoft accounts cannot be unlinked from a psn account.

    Microsoft accounts are permanently linked, they cannot be unlinked from psn account.

    Hello Nathan, thanks for your response, the platform I’m on is PlayStation Network. The Microsoft account I have linked to my psn account is different from my in game minecraft Microsoft account. Shouldn’t I be able to somehow unlink the minecraft Microsoft account from the game so it can change to the actual account that’s connected to psn? Sorry if this sounds confusing.
