Hi there,

My son has all of a sudden had problems with Fortnite on his Xbox series S. Every time he tries to play it kicks him from the game completely.

I have tried -

Re installing the game.

Deleted the saved game.

Cleared the xbox cache

reset the xbox apart from games.

tried a different account on fortnite.

All of these done and it still crashes out completely. He is able to log into fortnite on his switch and on an xbox downstairs.

Any other advice would b great as to how I can fix this issue.
