How do I redeem a gift card code if it got scratched off and can no longer read it?

Has this gift card already been redeemed or claimed?

Also, when you purchased the gift card, was the code already scratched off?

If these were gift cards or redeemable cards that you scratch off then there is no way that it can be recovered.
