How do I redeem an Ultimate gift card?

I recently received a gift card for Christmas. The carrier is Ultimate, and my gift card should be redeemable at Xbox, however there is no 25 digit code on my card. WHAT DO I DO??? It’s not on the card or the packaging. When I scratched the PIN, it had the CVV and the pin as normal but IT’S NOT 25 CHARACTERS!

Nor is the barcode, card no. or even PCN.

Check the packing and see if it has any information about redeeming the card on a different website.

All codes that can be redeemed on Microsoft is a 25-digit codes, there should be an instruction on the packaging as well, kindly validate.

Also, NEVER share a photo or the code here n this session for your security and privacy.

Are you referring to a gift card? If a currency card is different, how would I go about doing that? I cannot use the $40 gift card I redeemed to buy more gift cards.

It's not an Xbox gift card it's a Steam gift card go on Steam and it'll work just fine
