Nba 2k 23 lost code on receipt

So I went to Walmart and bought nba 2k 23 on Xbox series s for my birthday but when I looked on the back after checking out it said look on the back of the receipt but I lost it so I got to check at the costumer support and they printed it out but there was no code it had hashtaged it out

This seems to be a unique error code for the NBA game and not an error code from Xbox Live itself. After doing some searching it looks like the NBA servers are experiencing some issues. You'll probably get better results asking about this on the 2K forums
as this doesn't seem to be an Xbox issue, more of a 2K Games issue.

Hi, I have already had my DNS at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. I Live in US. I Have tried using a mobile hot spot but same thing did happen unfortunately on NBA 2k 23. The 1.1.1.1 also did not work.
