    Xbox elite series 1 controller keeps on disconecting


    A few things I think you should know

    1.i bought the controller from a gamestop pre owned with warranty

    2. The original owner took very good care of it by the way of how clean it looked

    3.the battery pack is fully charged

    4. I have a xbox one x pre owned for a year now in ok condition

    5. The disconnecting and reconnecting started recently and is very consistent

    Question:

    I've been having issues with my pre owned xbox elite series 1 controller I've only had it for a full 2 months now and pretty recently it has started reconnecting and disconnecting my xbox one x is in the raidus enough for Bluetooth connection to work.

    Hello Fruty6450, the connection of the control may be affected by some home appliances such as cordless phones, microwave etc, but if in your set up has the console in sight without something blocking the bell between the console and the control it should not be disconnecting.

    Try to reverse the firmware as indicated in the link below.
