PC freezes game I try to load up and then freezes my other applications

When I attempt to open a game up to play, the application will begin to load but it will freeze usually resulting in a black screen of that application. I can no longer hear my friends in discord however I can still move my mouse, minimize and open programs and shut down the pc. However, when attempting to click on anything with other programs nothing will happen, such as not being able to load a website or leave a call I’m in on discord. As well as this, if I click to shut down the pc, it will forever sit there saying Shutting Down until I eventually have to manually shut it down. This can happen up to 2 times so far for a game before I attempt again and it works. I’m not sure what the cause is but I’m worried if I don’t find a fix my whole pc could break on me, which would blow a lot of money out of my wallet.

I am using windows 11

This started a couple months ago, which I figured may have been from getting a new motherboard, but after updating everything it didn’t fix it. Another problem I had was the motherboard would stop sending power to some of my usbs, however for the most part I fixed that other than the occasional times it’ll stop and then start sending power again.

I update my system and apps a lot so I’m not sure if any specific one may have caused it

This also can happen with any game, when trying to play league of legends it only fixed after I uninstalled MSI center but other games still will cause the issue

So in total

I have updated my motherboard to the newest updates that I know of

I have used command prompt to see if I can find issues but found nothing

I have also used a driver updater to keep everything updated driver wise

My graphics driver is also updated

Additional information is needed, please tell me:

Are you using windows 10 or 11?
When this started to happen?
Do you know if your system or an app received an update recently?
Is this happening only with a single game or with every game?
And, what did you tried so far to fix this
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

For 3 months my xbox didn't freeze and now it freezes on my new games every time I turn them on! Sometimes the audio is playing and it freezes and other times it freezes on the same loading screen of a new game. Please help.

The game loads up then it just freezes on the load in screen then doesn't do anything other than that

My Xbox 360 console is freezing up when I try to start up Game Room. I get past the developer logos, I accept the Autosave Information, press start, it loads, then I press start again and it freezes up at the Game Room screen. I have, however, been able
to get into Game Room once previously, but was unable to purchase any games. I went back to my dashboard, and attempted to load Game Room but the freezing problem occured again. What's going on?
