XBOX CREDIT PUT ON WRONG ACCOUNT

is this an easy process as I know little about this or have not bought anything before.

No I’m sorry you cannot transfer anything between accounts. What you can do is buy a game as a gift and send it to the account you want to own it.

Besides,no one can defend xbox blocking us from using their own prepaid cards to put money in their own account they invented for us so we can do that very thing just to get us to put in our credit card. Its just wrong. Its wrong wether you trust your bank
account on the internet or not.

Actually support will sometimes remove the currency from the wrong account & credit you with a code to put on the right account.

They wont always do it which is why I said they may be able to help.

Once a code is redeemed for an account it is tied to that account and cannot be transferred. I would suggest calling Xbox Support for your region and try to explain the situation to them and perhaps they can help.
