I want complain about the unethical use of account suspension

Wait, hold on. You telling me it's against the guidelines of Xbox of a player warning and help the prevention of a scammer that is trying get $100 out of players. Surely you do have guidelines that help prevent scammers to ensure safety of players. So I helped enforce your guidelines against scammers when I helped make a post to bring awareness and prevention to fellow gamers of a scammer. Yet I got punished for that?

I did not insult with slang, harassed, or even use aggression. I called them out to the public to bring awareness of the potential harm that could happen to them. If I am to be punished for helping my fellow gamers, then who are you protecting. The community or the scammer?

While it sounds like a good idea to make a post warning others, it's against the Community Standards to do so. It's better to report the posts so the enforcement team can take care of them. LFG posts are only meant for finding others to play a game with.

The reason it's a big topic now is because the NSA have been caught and people have found out the excessive extent to which they've taken their monitoring. Complaining about something unethical isn't a bad thing, even if it's been going on for ages.

You've probably had a suspension placed on your account to some degree, as you're complaining about a just ban here.
