Xbox Microsoft store needs help..........

These steps can help you, give it a try.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this for the game too.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.

5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

Does it show up as needing to be purchased in the xbox store or the Microsoft store (meaning in a browser)? Maybe singing in/out will help

...WHEN TRYING TO REDEEM IT SAIS IT IS NOT ACTIVATED. THE STORE WHER BOUGHT SAIS IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM AND NEED TO CONTACT MICROSOFT....

Microsoft can't help, since their system didn't receive the activation from the store properly. So for Microsoft it's not possible to check if the store's activation didn't go through, or if you "stole" the card and try to activate it with Microsoft's help.

The activation of the card is the responsibility of the store, and if the activation failed, the STORE has to contact Microsoft and rectify the situation.

You as a customer can't do a thing, and Microsoft also can't help you directly. They need to be contacted by the store and help the store.

Since it was a physical bundle, you would need to contact Microsoft Store support not Xbox support.

9 digit codes are for use in the Microsoft Store, not through Xbox. Chances are the expiration date was actually just a typo.
