    offline update

    Hi

    I'm not sure what is happening for you but here is the
    official link     for updating the console offline. Please note the power cord must be unplugged for 30 seconds prior to attempting the offline update and that when powering the console back up you should only hold the Bind and Eject buttons then press (not
    hold) the power button on the front of the console whilst continuing to hold the bind and eject buttons.

    Hi there!

    We highly recommend trying the steps posted by
    gds1972     first.

    If those steps do not help resolve the issue the console may need a repair.

    To set this up you can
    register the console online     or reach out to the
    chat or phone team.

    So what do i do when i get the first bar full, and then as soon as the next bar starts, it says error? I cant find the update anywhere and idk how to convert it onto a normal USB drive?

    Hi, if you have another PC (Chromebook, Apple iMac, Linux), then using one of those will work too. Just download the offline update to a usb stick, and follow the instructions on the website. If you don't have any of those, then asking a friend or using
    a library computer will work just as good.
