    So have the Xbox one Deliverer of truth controller and one day the D-pad just starts scrolling and just makes it unbearable to attempt to use since the party and game mix amp are tied to it I can't use it to type,Play most games that use the D-pad(i.e Warframe
    and such)I've googled it and tried taking it apart but it seems I'm the only one who has ever had this problem I can't seem to figure out how they got the D-pad constructed if anyone knows how to take it apart I'd appreciate it because I would digress to have
    to spend another 40$ on another controller since I bought this one only 2-3 months ago

    You will put in a service request here:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices
    under your console. Change the category to Accessories and then under select issue type select Controller. Then input your PID number from the controller and click create repair order.

    I too am having this problem. Afraid to tear the D pad apart to attempt a fix
